SoftAtmos is a free ambient sound mixer for personal use. You may use it for focus, rest, sleep or any other personal purpose. You may not copy, redistribute or resell its content, including the audio and images, for commercial purposes.
Not medical advice
SoftAtmos offers ambient sounds for general wellbeing. It is not a medical device or treatment and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional. If you have a health concern, such as trouble sleeping, tinnitus or anxiety, please see a professional.
Listen safely
Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones or when listening for long periods. Prolonged exposure to loud sound can damage your hearing.
No warranty
SoftAtmos is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use SoftAtmos after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
